(lot of 2) Chancay Olla group, Central Littoral Peru (1200 - 1450 AD), one with bipartite designs to the upper part of the body flanked by two handles connected at the rim accented with a monkey or sloth on one of the handles, 7"h; together with a classic brown on buff Olla, the round bottom with a brown colored neck beneath a flaring rim decorated with an inverted step design, a repeating diagonal design extends downward from the neck to just below the widest circumference, 9"h, Provenance: Sadigh Gallery, with COA.
