Alphonse Mucha (Czech, 1860-1939), "The Awakening," circa 1917, pencil on paper, signed lower right, sight: 12.13"h x 9.25"w, overall (with frame): 22.25"h x 19.25"w. Piece accompanied by sales receipt from the Bonfoey Company (Cleveland, OH) 1981, and copies of letters to and from Jiri Mucha in 1989 confirming the piece is an original drawing by Alphonse Mucha of Jiri (Mucha's son) either in Prague or Zbiroh in 1917.
