Description
Gilbert Clarke (American, 1925-2010), "Celilo Falls, Oregon," oil on canvas, signed lower right, canvas: 18"h x 22"w, overall (with frame): 25.25"h x 31"w. Note: Clarke was co-founder of the Hood Art Club in Oregon. The location is a historical sight where Native American Indians fished. It vanished after a dam was built in 1957.
