(lot of 3) U.S. Officer Swords, 19th century: the 1860 U.S. Staff & Field Officer blade etched U.S. Wadham & Roundt Chicago with an U.S. eagle, a shield and counter-guard eagle, trophy flags, and a black shagreen grip; the second, "US Marine Hospital Service" General Officer sword, a star anchor and caduceus on pommel, a shagreen grip, inscribed Ittiebone; together with a US Militia Infantry sword with an eagle on counterguard, a mother of pearl grip, a brass gilt guard and scabbard, etched on the blade "Cludy Unu" [ref 2500] greatest length 39"l
