Chinese four-panel Inlaid and lacquered folding screen, the central panels decorated with soapstone, mother-of-pearl and lacquer to depict the Eighteen Luohand in a fanstastic landscape along with a dragon, the upper and lower panels featuring additional religious figures, the gilt painted frames with scrolling lotus foliage, the reverse panles lacuqered with gilt to deature various floral sprays, overall 74"h. x 69"w., each panel 17.25"w. Provenance: Hsieh Lin Cheng Curio Store, Beijing, November 21, 1934.
