Georges Braque (French, 1882-1963), "Nature Morte aux Pommes," 1956, collotype in colors, pencil signed and signed in plate lower right, blindstamp lower left, published by Guy Spitzer, Paris, edition 82/300, image; 9.5"h x 13.75"w, overall (with frame): 20"h x 26"w. Provenance: Estate of Joanna Barnes and Jack Warner (Santa Barbara, California). Ms. Barnes was a Hollywood film actress featured in movies such as "Auntie Mame (1958)" and "The Parent Trap (1961)". Mr. Warner was a prominent architect.
