Description
Jose Luis Cuevas (Mexican, 1934-2017), "The Sorceres La Vida," 1969, lithograph, pencil signed upper center, edition 48/100, sheet: 22"h x 30"w, overall (with frame): 26.5"h x 34"w. Cuevas was a self-taught artist known for surreal figurative paintings and prints. He had many successful shows in the United States, and a museum of his work opened in Mexico City in 1992.
