Description
(lot of 2) Chinese butterscotch amber prayer necklaces. One consisted with 44 beads, another one with 56 beads, late Qing period, each bead approximately 0.5" across. Provenance: Purchased from Hong Kong Guardian Auction, May 2024, from an old collection belonging to Xu Yingkui, a governor of Fujian at the end of the Qing Dynasty (1830-1911).
